At Ace we pride ourselves on being able to provide the swiftest turnaround time any New Jersey vendor has to offer. We do this by creating a schedule for our researchers that allows them to continually search orders as they come in all while staying busy. By scheduling our researchers around the clock we have been able to maintain an average turnaround time of 2.14 hours on a 24 hour running clock from Monday to Friday. We continue to push the limits on this average as well.
